Prabhu Kumar

Worldwide Property Management was built on a simple idea: property owners deserve a management partner that combines operational excellence with modern technology.

Our founder, Prabhu Kumar, brings over 20 years of experience across real estate, finance, and technology, with a background at institutions like Citi, NYSE, Credit Suisse, Bank of New York Mellon, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

After transitioning into real estate investing and property management, he saw firsthand the challenges owners face like inefficient systems, lack of transparency, and time-consuming operations.
